Communities in Central Alberta are celebrating Canada Day with firework displays throughout the weekend.  

Here’s where you can watch Canada Day fireworks:  



The Town of Ponoka has partnered with the Ponoka Stampede and Exhibition Association to host a Canada Day fireworks display on June 30 around midnight.  

Fireworks can be seen from the Ponoka Arena Complex parking lot.  



The Town of Innisfail’s fireworks display will be on June 30 just after dusk on the west side of the Innisfail Twin Arena.   



A fireworks show will start around dusk at Cranna Lake.  


Red Deer  

A fireworks display will be at Bower Ponds at 11 p.m.  


Sylvan Lake   

Fireworks will start around 10:45 p.m. at the Sylvan Lake Pier at Lakeshore Drive and 50 Street.  



The Town of Stettler is celebrating Canada Day with a fireworks show beginning at dusk at the West Stettler Park Gazebo.   



A fireworks display will be at the north end of town at the AHS field at dusk.
