Vehicle found, suspect still missing in Red Deer homicide

The Alberta RCMP Major Crime Unit continues to investigate a homicide that occurred during a vehicle theft last week. 

The 2018 Kia Rio involved in the theft has been located. The investigation continues and an update will be provided when there are more details that can be released.

Red Deer RCMP are continuing to ask for anyone who witnessed this event, or has dash cam video in the area of Kerry Wood Drive, to 59 Street, to Riverview Avenue, from Feb. 1, 2022, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. to contact Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575.
