Original Post: The Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate missing 27-year-old Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell. Serenity was last seen on July 25, 2022 in Red Deer. Red Deer RCMP wish to locate Serenity to confirm her wellbeing.

Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell is described as:

  • 5’4”
  • 120 lbs
  • Brown eyes
  • Brown hair, dyed blonde
