UPDATE: Scene cleared (Vehicle collision on QEII north of Blackfalds)

The southbound lanes of the QEII are no longer effected by the incident.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a motor vehicle collision just north of Blackfalds exit.  

Southbound traffic is moving slowly at this time but the road remains open. Drivers are advised to seek an alternative route to avoid delays.
