The Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre (CASASC) will be hosting an exhibition called “Healing Journeys Through Art” at the Red Deer Arts Council Community Gallery located on 6-4919 49 Street.
The exhibition will feature art from community members that was created in art therapy. The CASASC have received numerous art works over the years from clients and supporters. The pieces will be up for silent auction in support of the CASASC.
The Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre provides support to those experiencing sexual violence. They also work to build safer communities through promoting awareness and healing through educational programs as well.
The exhibition’s reception will be held on January 5th from 5PM to 7PM.
