Douglas Spicer, the head coach of the RDP Cross-country team, was named the ACAC Coach of the Year.
Spicer coached both The Kings and Queens to the overall Grand Prix crown. He also led the teams to second place overall at the championships.
The Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) has also named Justine Larson, Ben House and Daniel Szucs as ACAC All-Conference recipients for their tremendous season on the trails during the Grand Prix circuit and as well for their outstanding performances in their respective races at the ACAC Championships held last weekend in Lethbridge.
