The Town of Blackfalds says some outdoor skating venues are now open. Due to the warmer conditions, it has taken a bit longer for the ice to be ready for use.  

Skating rinks at Pine Crescent, Westridge Drive’s Riser Pond, and Willow Road are ready for use. However, the skating loop at Willow Road is unavailable.  

The outdoor lights at those locations will be on from 5 PM to 10 PM.
