Blackfalds RCMP are advising that driving conditions on the QEII in the Lacombe County area, from Highway 597 and the Highway 2a intersection, are very poor. RCMP are tending to numerous collisions this morning.
Just after 8:00 am, there was a motor vehicle collision on The QEII at Highway 604 near Ponoka. There are a number of vehicles reported in the ditch. Snow plows working in that area. Expect delays and slow down.
RCMP advise motorists to stay off the Highway until conditions improve.
