UPDATE: body located (RCMP asking for help in locating missing 17-year-old)

Maskwacis RCMP regret to advise that Jalaine Potts has been located deceased. Her manner of death is not deemed to be criminal in nature.

BACKGROUND STORY:

The Maskwacis RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing youth.

Jalaine Potts, age 17, was last seen on the afternoon of May 13 on Montana First Nation, Maskwacis, Alberta. At the time she was last seen, Jalaine was wearing at blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.

Jalaine is described as:

-          Medium complexion

-          Shoulder length black hair

-          Brown eyes

-          5’8” tall (172 cm)

-          130lbs (59kg)

There is general concern for the well being of Jalaine and anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Maskwacis RCMP at 780-585-3767.
