It's going to be a busy and important week for The Red Deer Rebels. In a month that will see the team play eight out of their 11 games at home, this is an important time for the team to make up some ground in the WHL Eastern Conference standings.

Red Deer is currently sitting in 5th place just one point behind The Swift Current Broncos and three points behind Moose Jaw. The Rebels have two games in hand on both of these teams, so a couple wins could see them jump up the leader board.

For the first time in nearly four years The Rebels will face U.S. Division teams Spokane Chiefs (Wednesday night) and The Tri-City Americans (Friday night). Then on Saturday, January 13th their rivals, the Edmonton Oil Kings will be back at the Peavey Mart Centrium.

All games start at 7:00 pm and tickets available at Tickets Alberta.
